The relationship between these three things have been on Kristina Banholzer’s mind for a while, owner of Catra. Having settled in Felinheli, where she and her partner are raising their two young children, Kristina has enjoyed being part of a community group organising events, and has seen the benefits and positive effects of bringing people of various ages and backgrounds together.
With more and more research telling us that relationships and connections are one of the key ingredients to happiness, Kristina started wondering if we could build this into the process of selling our homes.
